I’m an Undergraduate Computing Science student at the University of Alberta

In Febuary 2025 I joined a research project with the department of Geriatric Medicine to do data analysis and visualization. The dataset was survey data about how different medical specialites feel pain is handled among paitients with dementia. I analyzed how different specialties responded to each catagory of questions, and how much agreement/disagreement there was regarding how pain is managed. After uncovering patterns from survey data, visualizations were made for a poster which was presented at a national dementia conference. The findings are being prepared for publication at the British Medical Journal.
